Growing up in a military family, Millie spent most of her childhood living in Guam and Washington State before landing in Ocean Springs, MS for high school. A graduate of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Millie began her marketing journey as a Digital Marketing Manager at an agency. Over time, she transitioned into administrative roles, including Client Success, Employee Success, Tech Admin, and Operations Project Manager. Her growing responsibilities allowed her to support onboarding and training for new team members, build and maintain client relationships, manage and optimize digital tools and platforms for the marketing team, and work with leadership teams on operations and business development initiatives.
As Team Wayfinder for Campfire Collective, she is putting her skill set to good use. Millie helps create, refine, and boost processes to keep things running smoothly, spark productivity, and make teamwork a breeze for the whole agency. “With a sharp eye for detail and strong communication, I take charge of project management for onboarding and offboarding, tackle tech hiccups like a pro, and continuously fine-tune processes to keep us moving forward!” she says.
Her goal is to confidently guide clients through their journey, making sure they feel supported, informed, and empowered by simplifying complex processes, optimizing resources, and building a trusting, collaborative relationship.
She’s called the 901 home since 2017 and has enjoyed seeing her area of northern Memphis blossom with new restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. When she’s not working, Millie enjoys karaoke, attending concerts, and wandering through thrift stores in search of hidden treasures. She makes it a priority to maintain a social life, spending quality time with friends and family — all while balancing the joys of being a mom to an amazing five-year-old.
Fun fact: Millie was formerly an artist and musician. She enjoyed working with various mediums, including acrylic painting, pottery, and graphic design. She also performed at open mics and charity events playing guitar and singing!
