Best Social Media Tools of 2023

By: Cecilia Fay

Social media is constantly evolving. It is important to keep your content creative and relevant while also staying organized. Tools like Canva and Lightroom can help you with all of the above. Here are the top five tools that I recommend for social media.

Canva

Canva is an amazing graphic design platform that is easy to use. With a free and paid option and a wide range of features, Canva is a popular choice for social media managers. With Canva, you can create a variety of designs, including social media graphics, presentations, posters, and flyers. You can also use Canva to edit photos and videos. This is my favorite to use for a quick graphic for promotions, events, and holidays.

Capcut

Video creation and editing is made easy with Cap Cut.The popular video tool is available online and as an app with a free and paid version. On Cap Cut, you can automatically crop video for the platform you need. It also has an amazing audio feature that allows you to add songs and sound effects to the background of your video. This comes in handy especially for Instagram, where it can be hard to find good songs for posting reels.

Loomly

Loomly is a powerful social media scheduling platform that can help you save time and improve your social media results. It is a great option for businesses of all sizes, as well as individuals who manage their own social media accounts. It has a free option and multiple paid packages as well. You can view analytics and also schedule out posts months in advance.

Lightroom

Adobe Lightroom is a photo editing and management software designed to organize, edit, and share photos. It is available for desktop, mobile, and web platforms. With this tool, you can edit photos with ease and quickly post them. Lightroomis free with an Adobe subscription.

Grammarly

Creating copy for social media posts can be tiresome. For you and your clients’ sake, it is important that your grammar and spelling are impeccable. Grammarly is an automated tool that checks for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and clarity. You can upload files and copy into the site or even add the grammarly extension to your browser. This is a free tool with premium paid options available.

Whether you run an agency or run your own business accounts, a social media presence is important. Having tools you can count on is a great way to stay organized, develop time-saving processes, and maintain a robust presence.
